DIGITALBUYY / PRIVACY

Your information, explained.

This page explains the data flow in the DigitalBuyy website and connected Telegram store. Updated 8 October 2026.

Website browsing

The public storefront loads published product data. Search and category filters run in your browser. Hosting and service logs can record request information such as IP address, path and timestamp for operation and troubleshooting. The storefront does not ask you to enter a password or payment details.

Telegram store

When you start the bot, Telegram provides your account ID, profile name and username where available. The store keeps account, wallet, transaction, order, delivery and support records to operate purchases and resolve issues. Product-specific fulfillment may require information described in that product’s purchase flow.

Access and service providers

Authorized store administrators can access operational records. Hosting, Telegram, configured payment providers and fulfillment vendors may process information needed to deliver their service. Follow each provider’s terms and privacy information. The website and bot run on separate hosting services with a protected connection between them.

Cookies and API access

The public storefront has no added advertising or analytics scripts. The owner dashboard uses a signed session cookie for authentication and CSRF protection. Reseller API credentials are account-specific and should be kept on your server.

Requests about your information

Open Support in @digitalbuyy_bot to ask about your account information, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for transaction reconciliation and operational obligations; a request does not automatically erase all order records.
